Patient Health Portal
Coastal Mds has a patient health portal available for its patients. If you have not set up your account, all you need to do is contact the office and provide us with your email address. We don’t sell or share your information with any 3rd parties. The portal is safe, secure, and another way for you to communicate with the office. The portal allows you to:
- Access most of your medical records
- Fill out pt information sheets
- Refill requests (Except controlled substances)
- Ask a nurse a question
- Ask billing a question
For refill or medication requests please call the office and leave a voice mail on the appropriate line. Please allow 48 hours for all medication requests. If you need a medication before 48 hours, you will need to contact the office and make an appointment to get the medication sooner.
